2 - Save the Date
Put September 4th - 5th in your diary! Click the button below to create a calendar event with the times already loaded! We start at 4:30pm on Day 1, ending at 4:30pm on Day 2. That’s the 24 hour period you can do your committed push ups!
3 - Start Training
Push ups are a taxing exercise. Be sure to warm up and do some training sessions before the big day! We’ll send out some reminder emails as well as some tips to get you prepared!

This year we wanted to get the entire CF community involved, so we decided to do something that has never been done before.
This is about everyone contributing to something special.
One million people in Australia carry the Cystic Fibrosis gene. Most people have no idea. So to bring so awareness to this, we as a community want to complete ONE MILLION push ups in a 24 hour period.
This is a huge task, but we are confident we can make this happen.
Get out of your comfort zone and contribute to this mammoth goal.
Gather your friends, family, work colleagues, sporting team or school community and be part of something really big.
What started the Neverrest Challenge?
The Neverrest challenge was born out of a need to take action to support our brother Nathan Clarence who had Cystic Fibrosis. We vowed to ‘never rest’ until a cure is found. He passed away in January, 2019 at age 40. He lived an inspiring life, constantly pushing himself to get to the most out of himself despite his illness. We hope to honour his memory by inspiring others to get the most out of their lives though the Neverrest Challenge.
