We’re aiming to have our community complete 1,000,000 push-ups in a 24-hour period. To help out, here’s what you need to do:

STEP 1 - REGISTER

Fill out the form on this page. Make sure you verify your email (check spam), and then your push ups will then be added to the tally!

STEP 2 - SAVE THE DATE

Put September 4th - 5th in your diary! Click the button below to create a calendar event with the times already loaded! We start at 4:30pm on the Friday, ending at 4:30pm on Saturday, leaving you the rest of the weekend to recover! In that 24 hour period is the time to complete your committed push ups!

STEP 3 - START TRAINING

Push ups are a taxing exercise. Be sure to warm up and do some training sessions before the big day! We’ll send out some reminder emails as well as some tips to get you prepared!
